Delete your account
You can delete your Al-Jallab account at any time.
In the app (fastest)
- Open the Al-Jallab app and sign in.
- Tap My account, then Settings.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
Without the app
If you don’t have the app, email us your deletion request and include the mobile number registered to your account. We will contact you to verify ownership before deleting it.
What happens after deletion?
- Your listings and profile disappear from the app immediately.
- Your data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period.
- We keep only what we must for legal, security or financial reasons or to handle open reports, and only for as long as needed.
