When will the app be available?
The app is being prepared and will be available soon on the App Store and Google Play.
How do I contact the owner of a listing?
Sign in with your mobile number, and the call and WhatsApp buttons will appear on the listing page.
Is Al-Jallab part of the sale?
No. Al-Jallab is a listing and contact platform. Buying, payment and delivery happen directly between the seller and the buyer, at their own responsibility.
How do I report a listing?
On the listing page, choose the report option and select a reason. The administration will review it.
How do I block a user?
On their profile, choose “Block” and their listings will no longer appear to you. You can unblock them from settings.
How do I delete my account?
Inside the app, or from the account deletion page.
